The Lawyerly Abode is a 15,000 sq ft luxury residential interior in Noida that spans three floors, a basement, and a terrace, each telling a distinct story. The ground floor pays homage to French Colonial architecture: dark teak and oak woods, a bespoke shadowed-polish cabinet, a French tapestry as the drawing room's centrepiece, and a master bedroom that achieves royal elegance without excess. A Chesterfield sofa, Sabyasachi-inspired study, and a concealed powder room within lobby panelling round out a floor that rewards the observant eye. The first floor shifts into Georgian grandeur; black and white mirror-finish floors, rustic travel finds, and a sun-drenched drawing room opening into a Stanley-furnished study define a space that is sophisticated, characterful, and deeply livable.
The second floor is the design team's personal favourite. High arches announce a world apart; pastel blue interiors, abundant natural light, and a half-floor study that sits at the perfect intersection of European classicism and quiet inspiration. A private terrace crowns the experience. Across all three floors, The Lawyerly Abode holds its thesis steady: that the finest luxury home design is never about surface opulence, but about the slow accumulation of meaning, through travel, art, heritage, and the deliberate choices of people who know exactly who they are.
