Dev Raj is a 6,000 sq ft luxury residence in Greater Kailash, New Delhi, for two self-made lawyers and their daughter, and is named after their parents as an act of love and legacy. The original five-bedroom layout was reimagined into three expansive bedrooms, five bathrooms, a stately study, a formal drawing room, a family lounge, and an east-facing kitchen that is as warm as it is functional. A classic English and French aesthetic shapes the soul of the home—poetic, quietly regal, and never intimidating. Original flooring and ceilings were retained; everything else was rebuilt from the ground up: wall panelling, bespoke furniture, fabrics, wallpapers, and finishes orchestrated to feel unmistakably personal rather than generically luxurious.

What elevates Dev Raj from beautiful to deeply felt is its relationship with light and landscape. Sunlight pours in throughout the day, and a peripheral balcony wrapped in dense plantation on all four sides creates a green buffer that makes this Main Road GK home feel like a countryside retreat. DG acoustic glazing and carefully detailed fenestrations seal the calm within. The Concreate Story calls it The Daffodils internally, and it's easy to understand why. The moment you step inside, the city falls away.
