County 107 is a 3,500 sq ft contemporary home interior built around one idea: fluidity. Conceived for a young couple with a love for hosting, the open-plan dining and living areas anchor the design; expansive, convivial, and anchored by a clever intermediate ledge that extends the hosting experience fluidly. Three pivotal rotatable structures break the predictability of linear architecture, functioning as sculptural room dividers that shift with the home's needs. A honey-toned glass-panelled kitchen filters warm light into the space, blurring the line between utility and atmosphere, a signature of The Concreate Story's approach to functional yet considered residential interior design.
What sets County 107 apart is its quiet thoughtfulness. The master bedroom pairs Italian marble with a cane chair; a coastal nod for the homeowner, beneath a suspended light that commands attention precisely because everything around it is restrained. A panelled wall, born from necessity, becomes a defining design feature. The parents' room is muted and meditative, with botanical artwork and two unhurried chairs positioned for long conversations over tea
